The official Carrd for the Dynamics Zine. Creating an omegaverse zine focused on Shiro and Keith from Voltron.The goal of the Dynamics Zine is to celebrate the endless varieties of A/B/O Sheith fics and art. Our hope is to include as many different combinations of alpha, beta, omega, top, bottom, & switch Shiro and Keith as we can!We wish to foster a fun, drama-free creative environment where our contributors can fully express their wildest A/B/O Sheith ideas and turn them into reality!✨Currently in the formatting phase✨

Yes, this project will have signed contracts for all moderators and contributors.Will all art and fics have to be NSFW?
The project is focused on NSFW content. If a contributor wishes to create SFW content they should reach out to the mod team and we can evaluate on a case by case basis.Will there be merch for this zine?

YES!! We will feature Alpha, Beta, and Omega versions of Shiro and Keith.Are you going to allow dynamic pairings other than Alpha/Omega?
YES!! We will feature all dynamic combinations (A/O, A/A, O/O, O/B, A/B, B/B (will need approval to explain how you are adding interest to this dynamic pairing).Do Alphas have to always top and Omegas always have to bottom?
NO! We are ver open to any combination of top, bottom, vers/switch A/B/O Shiro and Keith you want to create.Can I sign up to do art and writing?

Mods:
Miyu: Head mod & creative directorMiyu has been in the Sheith community since 2019 and enjoys cheering everyone on, creating a/b/o fics and silly drawings, and running fandom events. They have run several Sheith events including @Sheithsingalong event 2022, @SK_Omegaverse week 2023, and the @SheithXmas event 2023. Outside of the fandom they have experience moderating for a niche-hobby transactions feedback account as well as being a full time Staff Accountant irl.
Alex Larder: Formatting mod & finance modAlex has an educational background in animation and design and now works for a medical software company as a customer success manager. She has been involved in fandom for over twenty-five years and is currently working on the "Prismic Energy" Sheith zine as the formatting mod.
Taenith: Socials modTaenith loves Sheith, Sheithers, and merch so much that they created @SpaceMallSheith. They collect VLD plushies & write the occasional fic. IRL, they're LITERALLY a proshipper- their job involves shipping materials to clients. Creative emoji use makes them jump for joy🕴🏻💕
Naarna: Discord modNaarna is a writer who is focusing on expending their drawing skills so she is creative in many forms. She has been in fandom in some form ot another for over twenty years. Naarna has been co-mod for the Sheith Fairytale Bang Event and is currently working on the "Prismic Energy" Sheith zine as the Discord mod. Outside of fandom, she is tri-lingual certified executive assistant and is located right in the middle of Europe!
Fuji: Co-discord modFuji is a writer and has contributed to a few zines for multiple fandoms. This will be their first zine to be a mod for. She has always had a passion for reading and writing fanfiction, even as a child. They have been a fan of Voltron Legendary Defender since the day it came out.
Finance:
Finance mod Alex will have access to the bank account and PayPal account. They will provide monthly statements and activity details at the month end.Head mod Miyu1, who is a staff accountant in real life, will use these statements and activity details to do monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation of the bank and PayPal accounts to create financial reports. The reports will be completed 1-5 business days after the month end. Mods Alex and Miyu (hereafter referred to as the finance team) will sign these reports via Docusign.These documents will be sent from the zine's Docusign account to the personal emails of the finance team members to protect against any one of them being able to log in and sign on behalf of the others.The completed reports will be posted on the zine's discord. All other members of the mod team and contributors will have access to the reports for full transparency.Funds will be used in the following order:
1) To cover the making and distribution of the zine and related merchandise.
2) To cover any banking and related fees that arise from the selling of the zine. In the case of fees incurred before any income is received, the mods will forward funds to prevent project delays.
3) To reimburse mods for any financial contributions to the zine (ex deposit to set up bank, paying for supplies out of pocket, etc). Mods may choose to waive this right in favour of more funds being available for the project.
4) To pay contributors their portion of any profits. Contributors will have the following payout options2:
- Receive a full payout of any profits.
- Donate their full payout amount.Any requests for funds to be withdrawn from the zine's bank account will be submitted to the finance team via expense claim form with attached receipts, invoices, quotes, etc. The expense claims will be signed off on by the finance team via docusign before being paid out. If a quote was provided to support expense claim, the final paid invoice or receipts will need to be submitted as soon as it is available. Failure to send the needed documentation within 1-2 business days will result in being removed from the zine and possible additional actions will be taken to see the zine's funds are returned.In the case of a mod needing to receive funds before having recipes/quotes/invoices (as in the case of needing to buy extra shipping supplies locally) the mod requesting the transfer will submit an expense estimate that will be signed off on as above. However, after the good have been purchased an updated expense claim report with the receipts attached must be submitted. Any difference in the amount transfer and the actual cost of the goods must be returned to the zine, including covering any applicable PayPal or exchange fees paid out by the zine to send them funds. If what was initially transferred was not enough to cover the needed goods the finance team will sign off on sending the difference. If a mod is send money for buying zine goods and does not submit the receipts in 1-2 business days they will be removed from the zine and possible additional actions will be taken to see the Zine's funds are returned.1 The head mod is located in Canada and the finance mod is located in the USA. To not accidentally trigger foreign income the head mod will not have access to the USA bank account.2 All options include a copy of the digital Zine and any digital merch and add-ons. In addition contributors and moderators can purchase up to 3 copies of any physical items at production cost.
